Riverbend Condo Association is governed by a Board of Directors made up of 5 members, selected by unit owners in an annual vote and various committees formed by volunteers and appointed by the Board, to handle association affairs.  

The Board meets regularly every other month with special meetings scheduled at various times.  The next Annual Meeting of Riverbend Residents is scheduled for Oct 8, 2015.

The association is managed by a professional staff consisting of a Association Manager and an Assistant Manager (see below) and two highly capable and professional maintenance engineers.
